1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Diverse Business Solutions ("DBS", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 2. Services Provided

3. Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply to all DBS engagements:

• ✓ A deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before work begins.
• ✓ The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to final delivery.
• ✓ Financing options are available — payment plans can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
• ✓ Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
• ✓ All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and successful project delivery, clients agree to:

• → Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and feedback.
• → Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays.
• → Ensure all content provided (text, images, logos) is owned or legally licensed for use.
• → Not request work that infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment:

• ✓ The client receives full ownership of all final deliverables created specifically for their project.
• ✓ DBS retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• ✓ Any third-party tools, plugins, or licenses used remain subject to their respective terms.
• ✓ Preliminary designs, concepts, and drafts remain the property of DBS unless explicitly transferred.

6. Revisions & Change Requests

Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed at an hourly rate. Significant changes to the project scope may require a new proposal and additional fees. All change requests must be submitted in writing.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• → Cancellations made within 48 hours of signing may receive a full refund of the deposit.
• → Cancellations after work has commenced will forfeit the deposit, which covers time and resources already invested.
• → No refunds are issued for completed and delivered work.
• → DBS reserves the right to cancel a project if the client fails to meet payment obligations or provide necessary materials.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. DBS will not disclose client business information, strategies, or data to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diverse Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Riverside County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

DBS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
